Can we order sibling pictures together?
Yes! Under access code login, click on “Did you receive another access code?”. You can enter a maximum of five access codes at the same time. This will unlock all available photos. This way you can order combined and save shipping costs.
I received an access card with an access code - how can I order photos?
If you received an access card with a personal access code, go to "PASSWORD LOGIN", enter the access code and click "Open Album".
I received an email with access details - how can I order photos?
If you have received an email with access data, then click on the button in the email where you will be taken to the album. You will then come to the “customer login” page. Enter your access data here, i.e. your email address and the password you received.
Where can we see the status of our order such as receipt of money, production or shipping date?
The easiest way is to click on the link in your order email. Alternatively, you can log in to “PASSWORD LOGIN” under “Customer Login” with your password and your email address. You can then find the order details under “My Account”.
How long does the delivery take?
The delivery time depends on the payment method. If you pay via PayPal and direct debit, the order will be processed directly. Advance payments usually take 3-4 days longer. On the other hand, the delivery time depends on the products selected. You can find the production times in the respective product information.
Will the logo (watermark) be removed from the image?
Naturally! The watermark is only used to protect against illegal downloads.
What is the quality of prints, posters, etc.?
We only work with selected specialist laboratories. These specialist laboratories use high-quality materials from well-known suppliers so as not to compromise on quality. Should a mistake still be made, we will of course take care of it.
Can you adjust the image section?
Yes. You have the option to do this in the shopping cart. When you zoom out, an enlargement of the area is created. Look for the stars to show you whether the photo has enough resolution to enlarge it. You can also fit a photo so that nothing is cropped from the subject.
I rarely order online - how can I order photos here?
Select a photo that you like in a photo album and click on it. Then select the product of your choice, enter the quantity and click on the button: “Add to cart”. Once you have put all the photos you like in the shopping cart, click on “Shopping Cart” in the top right and follow the further instructions.
Availability. The photos can be ordered one month after they have been published in the gallery. The photos will then be deleted for storage space reasons.
Watermark
The watermark on the photos is for protection purposes only. When you order the photos, the watermark on the photos will be removed. Both for downloads and print products.
delivery time
After receipt of payment, the photos will be sent to your home immediately. The delivery time for most products is 2-3 days. You can download digital downloads directly.
Quality
The photos are exposed by our specialized laboratory. We only use high-quality and durable materials. Silk paper is particularly suitable for portraits.
